How does it work?
Here's what the process looks like when you work with us.

Discovery Call & Proposal:
We start with a short, relaxed conversation to understand your needs, your vision, and where you are right now. No pressure — just a genuine exchange to figure out what's the best fit for you. After the call, we recommend the right package and follow up with a custom quote sent directly to your inbox.

Confirmation & Onboarding:
Once you accept the quote, we send you an invoice and contract. Your project officially kicks off when the deposit is received. We then set up a shared Google Drive folder ready to receive everything we need from you: photos, videos, your branding kit, or any copy or documents relevant to your project.

Creation:
This is where the magic happens. Our team works on your shoot, edit, or production with focus and creativity, always keeping your vision front and center. Timelines vary based on the scope of your project: a portrait session or short-form edit can turn around quickly, while a full brand video production takes more time. We'll be upfront about timing and keep you in the loop throughout.

Review & Feedback:
When your project is ready, we share a preview and invite your feedback. A call, an email, or both — whatever works best for you.
For video projects: we welcome feedback on edits and will make adjustments based on your notes. The number of revision rounds is outlined in your contract.
For photography: photos are delivered as edited — we don't offer reshoots or re-edits. We put care and intention into every image we deliver, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Delivery:
We apply your feedback, finalize everything, and deliver your photos or video files electronically — clean, organized, and ready to go. Final payment is due at delivery. Then it's yours.
