Discovery Call & Proposal:
We start with a short, relaxed conversation to understand your needs, your vision, and where you are right now. No pressure — just a genuine exchange to figure out what's the best fit for you. After the call, we recommend the right package and follow up with a custom quote sent directly to your inbox.

Confirmation & Onboarding:
Once you accept the quote, we send you an invoice and contract. Your project officially kicks off when the deposit is received. We then set up a shared Google Drive folder ready to receive everything we need from you: photos, videos, your branding kit, and any copy or documents relevant to your project.

Creation:
Our team gets to work. We audit your socials, build a strategy, setup your very own content calendar, and if you picked level 2 or 3, every month, we create content for you — always rooted in your mission and built around your goals.

Review & Feedback:
We meet monthly to review the content calendar, and if you picked level 2 and 3, we go over the content we created for you and ask for your feedback and approval. Your input matters. This is your chance to make sure everything feels right before we finalize.

Delivery:
We apply your feedback, finalize everything, and deliver the content calendar — if you picked level 2 and 3, we go ahead and publish the content we created for you on your social media platforms. We take care of community engagement and take special notice of analytics for the following month.
